I cannot log in although I have a valid subscription

I subscribed last month, until now, I am unable to access the digital edition. Why? Is this some kind of deception? Apologies, but this is so frustrating. If there’s even a rating less than zero, I’ll give you a negative 5.

Cannot log in

I have an account and a valid trial subscription, but I cannot log in on the app. I just receive an error message saying “Invalid user name and password”. However, I have no problem signing in on the website. Hope MT can help!
