Great and helpful
Perfect tool to guide your daily meditation
I have done the MBSR course and I’m using the up to keep up with daily meditations. The getting started is an excellent tool to start meditating daily and the timed sessions are very helpful to keep up with this amazing habit. Highly recommended.

Kraschar hela tiden
Bra app med mycket innehåll. Däremot kraschar appen hela tiden, efter att ha sökt på något eller scrollat runt ett tag.
Bells
Hello, the bell intervals have stopped working for me ever since the latest update. I tried downloading the app again but still nothing. Any way of sorting this out? Otherwise I’m really happy with this app!
Röster
Varför ska de flesta svenska meditationsappsinläsare pratar så oerhört konstgjort lugn och hackigt? Pauserna sätts liksom på fel ställe vilket stjäl fokus från själva meditation. Hade gärna haft nåt på svenska, men får tyvärr fortsätta hålla mig till amerikanska meditationsappar.
Sessionerna startar aldrig!
Var annan gång man öppnar appen och väljer en meditation så starar de inte! Oerhört dåligt med tanke på priset man betalar!

+++++ Björn Natthiko Lindeblads meditationer och kurser/retreat gratis!🙏🏻 ++++ Mycket att välja på för olika behov och önskemål: + olika sorters övningar + med eller utan guidning + med eller utan olika bakgrundsljud + kan laddas ned för offline ++++ Bra möjlighet att använda appen utan kostnad om man delar, vilket är en rimlig gentjänst OCH väldigt uppskattat när man är fattig som jag! +++ Fina widgetar. - Lite för få meditationer gratis ändå, saknar några fler med Giovanni Dienstmann vars sätt att prata passar mig mycket bra. - Inga berättelser är gratis.
