The app doesn’t work…
This latest version crashes; it doesn’t even open. What’s the point of me paying for your service if I can’t use the app?
Disappointing. It’s clear that little time is being spent on this app to keep it functional. Terribly unstable and frustrating to see functionality that doesn’t work or is not turned on. This is bad for TMC reputation. Either fix the major bugs or have your users migrate to the new app.
This app seems not working on my iPhone. Tried the other version and all worked just fine. This version might be for another use I’m not aware of…
The previous version seem to have worked better. With this current version I’m not able to arm or disarm using the mobile app. I have the older version on another mobile and that works fine. Please fix the current version
This app does not work with new IOS and it doesn’t store the password since last few update.
I feel this app is very amateurish. Even when you try to type in your password it blocks the view. It never works with faceid and you cannot even change your password!
I called TMC to inquire about fees recently charging to my credit card, due to TMC appears to have billed me at least a month early for my service renewal! TMC accounting department gave me attitude (and did not provide any invoice as to what they are billing): saying they are billing me for the services that they had fully provided (and attempt to rush me off the phone), but TMC appears to have forgot about how my alarm system did not work properly while I was away on vacation and after coming back from vacation (this was mentioned due to their attitude & argument)! TMC accounting eventually transfer my call to Service Department, suggesting it is the place to deal with the matter. Writer waited on the cellphone for a long time, the total length of that call was 1hour and 52mins, without answer from TMC! Writer eventually give-up and dropped the call, and decided to write this review. I think anyone reading this would agree this is inexcusable poor customer service.
Please create a widget to be added in the notification screen of ios so that its more faster and convenient to arm and disarm.
