The Moon and You

The Moon & You helps you to understand the impact hormones have on the female body both on an emotional and physical level. Psychologists recommend tracking mood every day for a few months and then overlaying those results on a female hormonal chart. This app provides for that recommendation and goes one step further in describing the physical changes that might be happening and what hormones are at play with your emotions. The App enables you to catch those emotions and slow down reaction time.
When you are aware of your emotions, you can enter the space and manage the day a little bit better.

Awareness:
The awareness icon links you to a variety of icons that you can use to navigate the system. you can set your notifications, read the tutorial, connect with our Facebook support group.
Food:
Daily food suggestions have been provided to support you through your monthly cycle. Your moods may improve if you review what you are consuming and if needed, change.
The moon’s impact:
Just like a meteorite impacts the moon’s surface so too can we impact on others. Each day a new fact will be given that reveals the physical changes that are occurring in your body, that may impact your emotional state.
Meditation:
Six simple and dynamic guided mediation to soothe your soul and help brighten those days that need it most.
Record your cycle:
This is where the magic happens. The app invites you to enter your start day of your cycle activating the program to track and record each day’s findings. You can track mood, mucus, temperature and emotion. They are all combined to overlay on a healthy female hormonal chart showing the rise and fall of all the hormones during a 28 Day cycle. You can email the chart directly to your doctor or endocrinologist from within the App.
Star sign:
Just for good measure we decided to give you a daily suggestion that takes into consideration your star sign profile and day of the month you are in.
