Having workouts and meditations that mesh with emotions and moods is a great comfort to the soul as well as a boost to the body. The mantras and movements blend is unlike any other program and feels custom-made. Actually, it feels like Christmas whenever Erin rolls out a new Soul Stroll or workout or meditation! Somehow they are exactly what we all need, whatever level of exertion or however much time we have. And in this group, we have found a support village led by someone who feels like a trusted friend. I absolutely look forward to my daily time in The Movement and how good it feels to be recognized on a holistic level. All ages and all levels are welcome in this beautiful space. Erin makes me shine, and even at this point of midlife I am still striving to glow up!

This app is a fitness app but so do much more. Erin is our guide to something bigger than fitness she offers me a chance to find joy in the moments. She speaks to me in ways that make me smile think and feel. I csn meditate, dance around my house or work up a sweat all while repeating mantras that help me take that time into my day. I plug into her soul strips while walking my dog and feel grateful after my walk. This is just an easy way to love and care for yourself. And in 2020 we need way more than that.

When looking for motivation to workout, I’ve found that lacing up my sneakers and popping my earbuds in to listen to one of Erin Stutland’s Soul Stroll while I take a walk in the neighborhood can change my day! The genius of Erin’s work is that she combines mantras and movement that you can do anywhere, anytime! Erin Stutland’s program and The Movement app have been exactly what I needed to start healing and building strength after illness. The Soul Strolls in particular gave me so much hope when I was getting started as I could use them on walks to get moving and feel accomplished and inspired after. There is something for everyone and every mood. Erin adds new content all the time and keeps things fresh with guests as well. The use of mantras is so powerful and combines so many different disciplines for great affect. Whether you love to dance, yoga, walk/run, or stretch and meditate you are going to love it. The app is a huge bang for the buck!

I have been a member of the Movement for over a year. I love using Erin’s Soul Strolls to take a walk, dance around my house or simply to lift my spirits and move my body as I am getting ready for my day. Having the app makes access so easy. Some days, I look for an opportunity to stretch or to do a meditation. The variety of choices is amazing. My favorite part is the positive energy and authentic perspective Erin brings to every bit of content. If I need a boost, I love knowing I can go to the Movement and find just what I need. In addition to adding new content regularly based on member input, Erin invites guest teachers who are awesome too. Plus, the FB community is so warm & supportive. Good energy all around. This app is a winner!
