I played this game a few months ago and there was blood in some of the levels. Now it’s removed??? What’s up with that?

This game is a scam. As all the games from this outfit. You pay for no ads, you still have ads. The puzzles do not work but you can pay a dollar to pass it. How convenient! Do yourself a favor and pass.
