Constantly loading, needs improvement on speed performance. I downloaded the app because the website was so slow, but I don’t know which one is slower, other apps and websites are fine. Chrome browser, IOS mobile app

Terrible for years
This app has been the worst since downloading it years ago.
App crashes constantly
I’ve tried using this app to get points but it ALWAYS crashes or gets stuck. The latest issue is it’s loading or buffering every 10 seconds. I can’t even use it right now. That’s why I’m frustratingly writing this review. I never wrote reviews but that’s how far this app has pushed me
Too many notifications
I get too many notifications for products. I never enabled / signed up for these notifications. And I literally couldn’t find the settings to disable notifications for products without disabling all notifications. Terrible UX.

The north face app was quick and easy to navigate
Slow App
The app needs some improvement. Every time I try to browse and purchase it’s slow or does not do what I need it to. I was so frustrated that I almost didn’t buy anything. I went to the website to browse instead and did the final purchase from the app.
