The game promises to be great, but right now is just painful to play because of the servers. I’ve been playing for about to days and I’ve already met with a huge number of issues regarding connectivity. From the time counters on the desk completely freezing to opening the app again to find out all the progress I made for the last hour was backed down. I love the show and idle games, so this game had me really specially hyped up. I hope you can fix it soon enough.

Game play is pointless. And upgrading is regulated so you have to spend money to upgrade certain characters and desk. Don’t waste your time!

I do enjoy the gameplay, however I have put a decent amount of money into add ons and more than once have been ripped off at the end of events. Am still playing for now but am considering deleting.

Been playing this game forever, I always rank in the top of tournaments and the game just erased all my work….. Really bummed about this, I’ve sent emails by no response.

Have played this game for a while. Deleted it twice and came back. Spent tons of $$ I wish I could get back. This is the last straw. Deleted once and for all. Support is ok, although you will get tired of complaining and it can take some time for a response. Hard to keep track of lost progress which is a headache. Events are definitely pay to win despite their canned replies to complaints here. Cannot depend on equitable distribution or availability of the cards to upgrade characters for automation and speed. Will have hundreds of some and never see others. Trades are super iffy, at times will only ask for one character/decor that you need ignoring all others. And it’s definitely not idle, especially the events if you are trying to have a high ranking. Can be nostalgic for office fans but not worth the time or money. Kind of a broken experience.

Super bummed out but for whatever reason after playing this for months… today I launched the game and lost all progress and it reset to a brand new game. Huge bummer.
