My first order was delivered swiftly and the product is worth every penny

First I bought the Oodie fleece big hooded blanket for my dil for one Xmas after her raving about it for 6 months I bought one each for hubby and myself they are so warm and comfortable then I bought the short sleeved T nighties and WOW best nighties I have ever owned for comfort then next was the long sleeved hooded nighties for winter wear I can honestly say I have never owned such comfortable nightwear ever I am not disappointed at all , you have to buy to try the wonderful bamboo fabric the nighties are made of they kept me cool in summer but warm in winter would highly recommend

What an amazing product we live in ours all our family have one and we also have the travel ones as there so good wood definitely recommend as I suffer with ranards witch is bad blood circulation in my hands so always cold wearing these make a massive diffrrnce

I bought a gengar hoodie for my son and it’s perfect in every way, even though he’s 6ft tall, it still has length to it. 5 stars Accidentally bought myself a fake Oodie but the Oodie team were fantastic with my enquiry and there is a fake webpage. There were great 5 stars for customer service

Ordered a Oodie a month ago for me to wear at Christmas customer services don’t talk to you and I still haven’t received it or a refund spent £69 it’s a scam

I ordered some Christmas presents still haven’t come and but you need to sort out your delivery but your Oodie as amazing x

Was so disappointed on Christmas morning when my husband opened the air tight bag, I had ordered him the Jacket and it was so thin. I have now placed another other for the navy blue Oodie as it was a present supposed to keep him cosy! Looking forward to my second order coming 🥲🥲🥲more money I had to spend .

Ihave been patient my order was sent 29November .I have asked for a telephone number to trace my order .I sent for a second order of two oodies they were with mein a few days .I am concerned about my first order . I can’t get to speak to any one to sort it .Emails keep saying don’t email as they are busy .I ordered in plenty of time as not to worry.l have also asked if they can change my order so that I can be sure to get it .Has anyone else had this problem frustration isn’t the word .😡😡

Delay for a month without any shipment tracking details. And its turns up after i ask for refund.
