Has the news, but underlying structure wobbly
Can’t update credit card payment here. News story navigation is a bit awkward. But it does have the contents of the paper.
Disgusting
If there was an option you would not have my digital subscription. I cannot get your paper. You can’t leave well enough alone. Second that.. I thought I was the only frustrated subscriber. You have to make it difficult. Why? I send my money on auto pay. Why do I have manage my subscrition all the time? Pain in the butt. And what happened to the radio/TV sports listings bottom of page 2? And you want to share information about myself for what????
Improve app
Please make your app easier to see the articles and go through them. I prefer a copy of the print with option to select. That way I can browse headlines and open what I want to read. I read NYT and Washington Post daily but my efforts with the digital Oregonian are a bust!
No Sunday comics on iphone or ipad
Print edition online? Not good. Comics are hidden on desktop but click on Oregonian logo. Not available on phone
Conundrum
I read the Oregonian online. Usually it’s the same as the print edition but sometimes all I can get is a handful of articles. I don’t like that but can’t figure out how to go to the entire paper.
Oregonian App
I HATE having the newspaper be digital! I have always enjoyed having the Oregonian in my hands while I start my day…I’m 76 yrs. old and trying to read this on my phone JUST STINKS!
Needs a dark mode
Two concerns I have is the app does not have a dark mode. Would be great for battery life and low-light readers. The app also crashes unexpectedly when swiping between articles. I would not expect that with routine scrolling.
The app is horrible
If I could give them less than one star I would. I have paid for years & still don’t have access. No easy access by phone either. Whoever is running things at the Oregonian, are you stupid or crooked?
