The app was easy enough except it said I had $5.00?in rewards and I could apply it at check out, but at check out the rewards did not appear, so when do I get to use rewards?? That’s not ok to say I have a reward and then I can’t use it!

Food was great, service was wonderful. And the memories of visiting Mel’s Drive Inn Diner In California 50 years ago were priceless.

Confusing app

It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to maneuver your app. Hey why don’t try to make it a little more straightforward and how long do you need to make chicken fried steak;I thought I gave enough time to make it and you guys needed over an hour to make it. I grew up with Mel’s in SF I hope you are as good.
