This is probably the best written game I have ever played. It is a complex perplexing story. It is better written than most books.
I first saw this game on the steam store on my PC where I was able to download a demo. The demo was short but it was enough to get me hooked. I decided to buy it on my phone instead and I don't regret it! Thanks for an awesome story. :)
A nice instance of the choose-your-own-adventure game. I didn't feel as drawn in as with some other games, but it's quite playable and with some replay value.
Terrible. It is as if the author believed that complexity alone equates to good plotting. I found myself bored with the story, and apathetic about all of the characters. Not worth the money.
The best of the CoC games I have read (about 5). Has an engrossing spy theme with a touch of x-men in there as well (without being cheesy). The choices were weighty and made me have to stop to wring my hands at times. There are a number of fascinating characters, especially the villain. Highly recommended
The story is long and interesting. It needs a squel.
This COG is more novel-like that most. It is against the backdrop of Paris and other European locales, like any good spy thriller. But as a psychic spy, you are part of an organization trying to protect other psychics from the world at large. Unfortunately, not all psychics want to remain in the shadows. While on a mission, your body is kidnapped and you must find it before your consciousness dissipates.
This is the first CoG where I got bored within the first 2 chapters. It's not the best...
All and all, the storyline was confusing (and boring). I found a Major script error concerning one of my choices that did not align with later parts of the story, which is an obvious disappointment. By the end, I hadn't the slightest idea what I had actually done. The story idea had plenty of potentially, but the thought was not well executed. Ultimately, this was one of the least enjoyable CoG I've played. -AS
