Changed my delivery time multiple times
Requested me to change my delivery date next time to accommodate their own issues- which I confirmed (and changed my plans to do so) and they also confirmed. They then sent an email the day before changing the delivery back to the original schedule but didn’t get my confirmation. As such I had changed my plans and could no longer accommodate the new time without significant difficulty. Would have appreciated a call or for them to wait for confirmation from m to change it. They’ve offered me £25 of my next delivery as compensation but did not acknowledge that they were at any fault for not waiting for me to confirm it was ok and just assuming I. Oils change my pans back (again) Have used them several times before with no problem.
