THE OUTNET: UP TO 70% OFF

Have sent back a product but did not receive a refund because it got stuck within UPS. No ability to resolve issues apart from reading off their screens. Extremely disappointing!

The app is good and works well but whatever recent update you’ve done has removed the ability to swipe to go back. Can you fix this please.

I love the outnet for shoes and accessories included jewellery. I always find special pieces at great prices

The Yoox takeover was always going to fail but it’s truly upsetting to see how far the OUTNET has fallen. I recently made an order, the app is simple enough to use but so much white space everywhere makes it feel weird. My item arrived like 2 weeks later with someone else’s invoice inside (with all their personal info). Contacting for help in the app is non existent btw - there’s not even a help page. I returned the parcel a month ago and haven’t heard a thing.
