Great food not so great app
Not a fan of if you don’t want coleslaw or French bread you can only substitute them for a charge. If I don’t want coleslaw or French bread just let me go with that!

A restaurant should have option in the app for special instructions on food preparation or extras to be added.
When I try to order spaghetti online thru the app my options for sauce are meat or marinara. Problem is they want to charge you extra for the sauce. I’m not talking extra sauce, just the sauce that you would normally get on spaghetti. Same thing with salads, they charge you extra for dressing that you would normally get anyway. It’s useless to order online when they want to nickel and dime you.
I had everything to make an order THEN one day I had to re-enter all my app ordering info including credit card! If I have to do this again I will find somewhere else who retains my info.
I love the Patio but this app is ridiculous. You don’t get anything for being a returning/ loyal customer. No point or reward system of any kind. Really don’t see the point of the app at all. Very disappointing.
The app is fine if you want everything exactly as is. We cannot make substitutions that are made without any problem in the restaurant - such as changing a cheese on a salad or getting broccoli instead of oven roasted vegetables on the side of a salmon dinner. Very frustrating and rendering there app useless to us. PLEASE update the app.
Actually we eat there quite alot and usually have no problem. But today I ordered turkey tacos online and got pork instead which doesn’t agree with me. Also never order french fries in the drive thru. Always cold and been sitting around
I work from home. I order the 1/2 slab w/fries and Cole Slaw. The were so dry. They tasted horrible! I am so disappointed!
I went online to order a simple one sandwich order at 530 pm and had to keep changing my pickup time until it accepted 6 pm… so no big deal and I finalized the order. I was at the drive up window exactly at 6 pm and was told “they’re working on your order and it will be right out, please pull forward”. I sat waiting and watched a car that came in right in front of me get their 3 bag order at 610 pm. Then I continued to wait and watched car after car get their orders and finally at 620 pm my one sandwich order finally was delivered… I normally don’t submit reviews but to have to wait an extra 20 minutes past the 6 pm time is ridiculous and I have to believe my order was lost and not processed until I arrived at the drive up window. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. This process/problem needs to be reviewed and corrected for all future online orders.
