Please consider collecting users feedback on the redesign and change it back because I can’t be the only one. It’s not user friendly, very chaotic, patterns are mixed with general sign descriptions. I don’t find it as concise and understandable as before
I just paid for that, money went from my bank account, but i still don’t have opened service. Where i can have help with this question?
I love your app and concept so much, I have subscription and I find the idea amazing. But the app doesn’t work properly, there is bug about time zones. I was born in Ukraine and we switched time from winter to summer and so on. I checked with astrologist my cards and cards of my friends, it shows completely different people 🥲 Please fix it
Sorry, but why you decided that new design is better than old one??? Since redesign I really don’t want to open app because it looks like total scam application now. So weak decision. If you need a strong design approach, try to find interface designer, not to ask a graphic designer to “draw” the app
I don’t like your interface after the update. It’s uncomfortable, the predictions connected with friends have disappeared. The fact that I cannot see the prediction and I have to click on the avatar and watch it as a story is also very inconvenient. so for now it’s 3/5
New version is full of bugs. I scroll list of patterns of a relationship and their titles just change between greatest challenge and strongest connection which are opposites! Some friends (custom profiles) just cannot be opened as the app simply crashes. And I can’t delete them, too! Previous design was better and at least it properly worked. Your team needs proper QAs obviously.
most valuable things (daily pattern reminders and vibes) are now at least one click away, but you also have to tap through them and hold your finger to read. And each time you want to check it, you have to go through this algorithm, instead of just opening the app, as before. You should have tested this design with users before rolling it out 😭 it is off
Hey! 🙌 I just had to communicate that I really don’t like new design !🫤🙃😵💫 It was soooo good before , it was very beautiful and my eyes was in ecstatic satisfaction. But now it’s ugly “social media Instagram” I use this app daily, and it helps me a lot . But now… I felt disappointed to be honest, and it is not really comfortable to use it. I know and can recommend you one really good product ux designer who is really in to this spiritual staff and interested in this kind of things , he is actually the one who introduced this app to me almost year ago and we were impressed by the stile, colors, idea and I love the logo! 🖤If you are interested — let me know and I will kindly contact you with him . He is great artist and he has good aesthetic sense and deep understanding of things.
