I can’t buy tickets on it and it doesn’t acknowledge any reward points
Morning I have tried to inform you that I visited Saturday game against Carlisle Utd and I haven’t received the visit the game club badge and I’m going again this Wednesday night but I’m guessing again it won’t work. The submit button on the contact us doesn’t seem to do anything?? Regards John Duffy
Good app could do a bit better and have that live blog thing on so people that cant watch the game can figure out whats happening
App keeps thinking I am a bot no matter where I access from, how do I clear this?
I don’t think I’ve come across an app as poor an unreliable as this when buying tickets! I dread having to use it! MUST do better… this stuff is core & simple!!!
Frustrating that I have to sign in all the time. Why is this. Also I have every notification turned off however I still get notified. Very annoying if streaming game to see a pop-up telling me there is a goal or it’s full time and my game is lagging a few seconds behind.
This app isso frustrating. Sometimes I sign in without a problem, other times it says details incorrect when using the same details. Also, it is the only app I know which requires a sign in each time you use it on the same device. It is clunky and not user friendly at all Richard Roberts
Amazing app
Great app, sleek design and all features easy to find. Loving how much the club is coming along on the media front
