How much does The Pilates Class cost?
The Pilates Class has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 139.99.
I just noticed that they have not had a nice review in the recent year. Everything is 2-3 years ago.
I understand they have policies. If I did not cancel my subscription with the billing info that I provided before the 7 days they mentioned, that is on my part. However, I did cancel.
They continue to insinuate that it is my fault for not canceling in time when I did cancel using their app. I saw in the subscription that the subscription will cancel on May 23,2024 instead of saying renew on May 23,2024. I understand that they need to protect themselves from people who may not be honest, but how about the consumers who are being honest.
They charged me on a card that I never provided to them and I did cancel well before the 7 days using their app.
Now I am stuck with a subscription for 1 year that I am never going to use.

New Update prevents screen rotate on iPad
Love the app and the new look but for some reason, it does not rotate anymore when viewing in landscape mode. Videos will play in landscape mode but the app itself wont rotate.
AMAZING!!! App will not rotate on iPad screen to be horizontal
I love this app, I love every class, and have totally seen a difference. I wish the app would be able to rotate on the iPad screen and the full screen function does not work either.
Great content, not great UI
Hard to navigate. Video player could improve. Any chance for an Apple TV app?
Great classes, bad recent update
This is not a reflection of the classes, love them! But the most recent update to the app has made it unusable, as the app and videos won’t rotate or show in full screen. I’ve had to completely stop using the app at this point, and can only stream the videos comfortably off the website. I hope they revert at least these aspects off the app so we can use it again!
Used to be good
Not a fan of the recent update. I can’t get it to full screen or go in landscape mode, which is pretty much necessary to watch a class. I used to use this app on my iPad while I travel, but the latest update has made it almost impossible to use.
LOVE
I love TPC! I’ve been doing the work outs for over a year now and I’m obsessed. I think Jackie is just the sweetest and she makes working out fun!!
Extremely Underwhelming
If you do not have access to Youtube I still wouldn’t suggest this.
Amazing
Jackie is amazing the workouts are creative energizing and you will see a difference. There are small tweaks that need to be made on the app itself to make it compatible for iPad. When watching the video in full screen, The video itself extends off the screen, making it hard to close the video when completed with the class. also if you need to pause and close the screen for any reason you lose your place in the class you cannot go back to your timestamp. this is a frequent thing that mothers and anyone needs to do. Lastly, The app needs a recently watched section or viewing history section. if you close the video for any reason and want to pick back up where you left off you have to find the video all over again. If you’re using the app every day a recently watched section reminds you of what you last did, let’s you pick back up or move on. The app seems to change the landing page from mobile to tablet, which is confusing for users switching in between. other than the small UX issues, Jackie is amazing! the workouts, her voice, her energy you won’t be disappointed being a TPC member.
underwhelmed
I decided to give this app a go after hearing about it on line and trying many other Pilates classes in person and online. It is clear that the app still needs a lot more work in terms of UX and overall functionality. Rather than including a musical track in their Pilates videos, they instruct you to play one of their Spotify playlists in the background, however do not account for the fact that the two audios can not be adjusted to be able to hear the instructor properly. Bad user experience overall.
The classes themselves are alright, however again, the videos tend to crash frequently and the app itself doesn’t offer an easy way to search, discover or manage your classes. Will likely not be renewing my membership.
