Whether you‘re new to Pilates or looking for a class to challenge you in a safe way, The Pilates Programme is for you.
To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Pilates Programme on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
All payments will be paid through your Apple Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

Really enjoy Aoife’s classes. I joined when I was pregnant as I found it hard to find any online classes that were pregnancy friendly. Absolutely loved the pregnancy and post natal classes and would highly recommend for keeping active while pregnant and to get back into exercise post baby. I could feel such a difference after completing the core and pelvic floor recovery programme. I love the huge selection of classes and the variety in length. Quick and easy to do at home or in the gym. Would definitely recommend!

I usually would find it hard to motivate myself to do a workout at home rather than in the gym or at a class but I love this program. Very easy to follow, with lots of classes to choose from and I enjoy the various challenges and weekly schedules which help me to stay on track and set new goals. The classes are the right level of challenging, I never find them too hard and yet I can always feel the burn the next day. Highly recommend!

I started the Pilates programme around 3 years ago after my psycho advised me to start Pilates. I have a slight curve in my spine which resulted in hip pain, since starting the Pilates programme I rarely ever feel pain! I do around 4-5 Pilates classes a week and I have really seen the results over the years. I used to follow YouTube abs workouts etc and never enjoyed them seeing little to no results, but with the Pilates programme I genuinely enjoy working out and have seen a massive difference , I’m much stronger than I was 3 years ago.

Absolutely love The Pilates Programme. Following 3 back surgeries,it’s very difficult to find Pilates classes that I’m able for. I love the Back Specific sessions that I can do at home at my own pace.Best money I have ever spent.Well done Aoife.

Joined TPP after repeated lower back acute pain issues. I wanted to build some core resilience, improve posture and do something at my pace and schedule. I love the blend of short and longer classes and the variety and quality of the programme.

I’ve been doing TPP since covid. I love the challenges! I’ve really struggled in the past few months with keeping on track but receiving regular emails and the different challenges Aoife has put together give you the encouragement to keep going. There’s so many classes to choose from you’ll be sure to find one that suits whether your a beginner, improver or stuck for time and need to get a quick class in. It’s good for my body and mind and I’m looking forward to starting the summer challenge 🧘‍♀️
