The Pirate Reviews

Why islands?

qpop636 on

United States

Look lad, I love this game. But why the heck did you add island gen in ship battles when EVERY SINGLE AI doesn’t even know how to get around them. I have lost a stupid amount of ships due to them getting snagged on an island / just not understanding how to move about them.

Great game needs work

wuesofrank on

I like the game great Caribbean sand box, but Ai is cluncky, most of your shot land on the other side of the enemy ship causing you to use more cannon balls on 1 ship, which helps with there ammo for adds thing. Other than that is ok.

Excellent

So much fun on my second play through, only gripe is the AI often gets stuck just trying to fail straight against the wind. Wish more updates were put in.

Hi devs

This game is just amazing , it suits all my wants except one and that is I wish we had more ship customization options but other than that it's a great game and keep up the good work and if anybody's reading this it's a great game and you should definitely try it⚜️

Best pirate game ever.

This is by far the best pirate game I’ve ever played. Please keep giving the game updates I love this game.

Better than skull and bones

This game other than graphics is better than “the first aaaa game.” Id honestly pay $30-40 for more dlc. I wish it was possible to encounter things like krakens, skeleton/ghost ships or the flying dutchman. This game is pretty perfect otherwise and I will never get tired of it! I hope there is more to come!

Great game

So when I got this game I bought a bunch of ships played it for a while but I had to delete the game and when I downloaded it back I lost everything but overall good game

Great game, though!

I’d like to see a similar system to the pirate plague, where you steal a town and upgrade/defend the colony from its former nation and keep it permanently, would leave much more content and a possible ‘all or nothing’ mission where you fend off the nations best fleets

Update the thing already

Yoloxd3 on

United States

This game is really cool and i’ve been playing it for over 5 years now, but it got boring. There’s no updates of new ships or missions or anything interesting, it’s alway “bugs fixed”. We want something new, a new ship a new area of map or something like the special mission you do. Anything that’s NEW. Please.
