The app cannot read some of the shop names and i have to go to the counter for the earning points! It’s really bad after updating!

不是每一間店舖都能儲積分，叫顧客怎樣去分辨？ 上載完收據之後原來是儲不到積分，費事失事！不清不楚！如果有零星星，一定俾！
越改越垃圾
每次開app都要Login, 然後又要驗證我是人類，不過每次都話fail ，咁我唯有放棄會藉，呢個app 係鼓勵人放棄會藉的

以前明明可以直接將啲單直接上傳嚟攞分，而家要去counter登記，而且仲要拎埋自己張信用卡俾啲CS睇先可以申請啲分。搞到我啲親戚幫我俾錢請我食飯，我都冇理由問拎返張信用卡去拎返㗎。到底係咪智力障礙先會咁樣修改個Apps？又要驚人呃分又要做啲咁嘅修改。呢啲咪叫做雞又要立牌坊囉。 加上一田啲分又逼人轉晒落去你個依個垃圾之中嘅垃圾嘅The Point Apps度。 咁樣同紅呃人分有咩分別？依個已經違反咗商品說明條例，真心戇鳩，我建議全部人都唔好再用新鴻基嘅任何嘢
