New update same problem. I already wrote one review complaining that after a few games inevitably the game either freezes forcing you to restart or closes by itself often making you lose money and other used power ups since it gives you everything back only after the first forced restart, while what happens to you again simply ask to contact support. I wonder if it is so impossible to make an update to make it once and for all more stable. Added: Increasingly unmanageable game, today as a novelty even more bugs than usual. I get to the contest room earlier and rather than give me the jackpot I deduct it from my amount of money so I find less and less instead of adding it. I have an email notification but opening it it tells me that the mailbox is empty. In the plinko I launch 10 fish it shows me the jackpot but it doesn't accumulate it, on the contrary it scales from coins and in addition the fish seem infinite, never climbing in number, for the rest other bugs as always. More unplayable than ever.

As the header states it could be a very fun game but the money grab aspect is blatant. Login to the game. Several pop-ups trying to get you to buy things. Play a game then add. God forbid you get a text or have yo leave the app for a second. Guess what you get, more adds. Want a few coins to keep playing because they hardly give you any to make it sustainable, you guessed it add. Want to get rid of the adds, boom monthly subscription. They always respond with “ads support our free game”. My response to that is there are plenty of free to play games out there that don’t force you to watch ads after every two minute game. The premise is fun but unless you are willing to dole out mountains of cash on coins, power ups (which you have no idea what half of them do) and no ads then the game might not before you.

In 1 day, you have me stuck in Toronto and angry at Drew Carey. Great concept hidden by greed. I can’t wait deal with the ads. The ads are useless when you’re still requiring large amounts of cash to keep us losing. Not acceptable for a bingo game that actually pays cash. This game doesn’t, so, asking for the amounts you require to still lose is a joke. Delete and so long. If you like Drew Carey, play this game. That’ll change real fast. How has TPIR not taken legal action on this?

Game crashes a lot. Did the recent update, played a few games and made a few purchases for extra clubs (which the clubs required to stay/win keep going up as you progress in the game….rip off), system glitched and gave me an error message then kicked me out of the game….but still completed my purchase. Got back in the game after a few minutes, played a game or 2 then it crashed again! Have t been able to get back in the game ever since. Complete waste of time. Even using power ups and maxing you rarely get any wins. The puzzle pieces awarded if you do win keep giving you the same puzzle piece that you previously won, so prevents you from completing the puzzle sooner. Which is stupid. Overall this game has been a big disappointment.

Submitted a support issue that my game kept crashing and they left me hanging with no response! They let you feel that it was our fault for the game crashing?! Have been playing games for many years. This app is the most useless app when it comes to customer support! Deleted the app yesterday because I was so disappointed in getting no response to my complaint. Thank you TPIR Bingo for nothing! Truly amazing that 90% of your reviews are terrible! How is it possible to have a 4.9% rating? Noticed also that the developers responded immediately to the 10% of good reviews. Imagine that!?

Constantly crashes with no reimbursement other than the very first time it happens. Not worth the aggravation or waste of game resources.

Refuse to continue playing a free game that wipes out coins/tickets quickly, requires you to use boosters to win and keep streaks going. And I will not spend actual money to win on a free game app!
