CGFNS Exam Mastery

Have purchased via GooglePlay store, and recently obtained an iPad and tried to install the app, but when I tried to login via google it would not let me so I tried via Apple and was going to restore purchase but that did not work either. And now when I try to log out of the Apple login it just closes the app. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but this does not solve the problem either. Is there a way to fix this?

They took EGW white bible off iPhone, my sister still gets it on android ,this remnant Bible only gives me two chapters Genesis and Matthew, I guess they want me to pay the rest of the bible, and the Bible in EGW books is so confusing, well I can’t afford to pay I am very disappointed

I’m so disappointed with this app it’s not even worth the money. The only reason I have it is to study the Bible, I have a hard copy of the book I was looking forward to reading it on the app but it just seems to have been a mistake and I am seriously considering getting a refund

I purchased this Bible this year, 2023, and was excited to get it on my tablet and begin studying, but using it has been a let down. Sometimes the verses are out of order. For example, I was reading Luke 19: 5-10, but then I wanted to continue reading, however, the next verse was verse 15. Verse 11 was after verse 20. This and many other glitches have happened over and over throughout this Bible. I keep hoping that it will be fixed but so far nothing has been done. I have the hard copy platinum version of this Bible which I enjoy using at home, however, due to its size, I do not often carry it. Hence the reason I decided to get the electronic version. I noticed that there has been complaints dating back 4years. The problem persists. Please fix. I would be excited to recommend to others, but the problems must bet addressed.

It would be a great Bible app, however there are glitches that cause missing Bible verses. Definitely not worth paying the full price with all the glitches.

I paid for this app! Now it wants me to pay again. Correct this!!!!

I would love to use this but I’m having too many issues. Please continue to work on this. I’m asking for a refund for now and will definitely try again later.

The app has the potential to be a great tool for Bible study. However, there are technical issues that should not be there. For instance, on chapters 2 and on you are not able to read the first verse come. I have it on my tablet and I don’t see the first verse of chapters 2 and on. So the app has minor issues like that that makes it disappointing.

Launching an app and not being able to give support or at least do it well doesn’t look good for a nice publication that they are. Take the app down until you fix it and be more reasonable with your prices.
