Beyond Expectation

The most entertaining and challenging game I have ever play on iPad.

Kept crashing and didn’t end well

Got latest iPad for Christmas so nothing to do with the device. I downloaded the iPad version too, so it should have been compatible . On several occasions throughout the game, on achieving some milestones, it would give a black screen. I waited and waited but nothing happened so would have to close game and restart. That was doable because I had the choice of renewing gameplay from where I left off. However, the last time it happened I didn’t have that choice anymore. I don’t know if I actually finished the game or not! Got the black screen again on completion of a puzzle...but this time only had options of restarting game from scratch or restarting a chapter....extremely disappointing and frustrating end for me because I’ve no intention of redoing a whole chapter to find the same thing might happen again. Clearly there are some glitches in the iPad version. And that’s not really acceptable when I had to pay for it... It’s an engaging enough game if you like puzzling things out but a terrible ending (for me anyway) when I don’t even know if the last black screen meant I’d completed the game or not. I clicked into epilogue (not an option before) to get the same black screen so I’m assuming I finished it ...but it was a complete “non ending” No explanation, or understanding, or anything....just a black screen again

Nice but there is a bug

I played this back in college, and replay again now. However, there is a bug in Chapter 2, when looking through eyepiece on picture, the game freezes. Even I downloaded again. Checked YouTube to find out what info it has to process to next step.

A work of art

This is my all time favorite gaming app, it’s stunning graphics and brain tickling puzzles make it a must have game for everyone who likes to think outside the box.... a true masterpiece

Beyond what I expected

The Room works and performs amazingly on the iPad. The Room is both a complex and fun game to play and I would highly recommend this game to anybody who likes solving mysteries but has the patience and time to dig deep into the mysteries of " The Room " Rating 5* - Séan Logue
