Amazing workout app

This app is something else! Have never enjoyed sticking to any type of workout until I downloaded this app. I’m excited for every workout, it has a mix of everything u need. The best thing is that u don’t need more than your living room floor. Can’t recommend this app more + Megan, Katy and Matt have the most positive, vibrant and motivating energy!

Hi my name is Alisa, I’m from Israel and I’ve been using the app for couple weeks now, not every day but I’m definitely going to stick to it because I find the app suited for what I’m looking for which is organized programs for beginners and then taking it up a notch also hard but awesome dance cardio sessions and also videos focusing on specific body parts. I enjoy the app so far I’m bummed by two little things tho One - unfortunately my tv isn’t suitable for playing the app on it but that’s really not that big of a deal Two - I don’t know if it just me but I feel like the app creator can edit the music into the video instead of hearing the music in the background I just feel like it gives the video that little extra thing that is making the app even more professional at least from my point of view. Overall tho , I’m trying my best in these workouts and I love their creativity every workout I learn interesting exercises I have never seen before!
