Brawl match issue

Can you fix the brawl issue where the total cc should be a factor in order to win? I mean even 200k cc difference between me and my opponent could still make me lose even though mine is higher

Awesome game but..

Very nice game. I already update this game on 23 May 2023. Play new boss challenge and successfully buy new character chandler. But I cannot see and find that new character in my hero collections. May I know why?

Long time f2p player

The game has had its ups and downs but as a f2p this game has been super rewarding. Endgame content like demonic beasts keep the game going with seasonal Labyrinth (basically a small scale endless dungeon ). we get so many gems during events and absolutely love the collab events. The only sucky part is when you go 900 gems on a banner and only get the features unit at the guaranteed 900 mark. It’s rare but not uncommon. PvP is sorta mixed, sometimes as a f2p I can destroy p2w players sometimes it’s vice versa, I guess that’s why the game still thrives in pvp community despite having a p2w option. You can still conquer pvp as a f2p and it’s been proven countless times throughout countless metas

Too Hard to get SSR Hero / Festival Hero

Official said that if use 11x times Draw, will get 1 SSR hero , but usually only come out SR even more worst only R Hero. Need you use a lot diamond only will get the hero you want

BUG WHEN TOTURIAL

You guys need to fixed this bug immediately cause it's annoying when the porkchop start talking andit stuck and it suck dude

Fun but..

It’s getting heavily p2w. You can play without pay, however for pvp, competitively, just forget about it.
