Terrible UX
Was the navigation designed by a child with absolutely no experience in the fundamentals of design and navigation? Wish my condo used iCondo instead of this monstrous app.

The user experience is VERY VERY BAD. It claims to have many things but you will find many useless. This app is used by OMYHome for their condo management. It has many advertisement to service themselves and NOT the residents. If you are in MCST looking to change MA & they offer you this app, you should think 3 times before you engage them. But the basic features which residents want are not there at all. User experience in the app is be try bad. This is a basic programming which Simply boss Kenneth Cheong cannot even fix and he talks a lot but no action. K talked a lot but cannot deliver one. Another thing is after you read one message & go back, it goes back to the main menu and you need to nagivate to the list of messages again, scroll again & again, pick the right message to read. Between the READ and Not READ colour is same same, it is difficult to find the unread message. Suspect the app is outsourced to some cheap & dumb programmers. Stupid programmer cannot make it one. Such simple thing also cannot do.
Too many redundant and marketing related features are distracting the user from the key function such as CONDO SPECIFIC announcements, service requests, facilities bookings etc.
Buggy app that doesn’t allow critical tasks such as upload of tenancy agreement or pay booking deposit because buttons are unresponsive. Navigation and way finding within the app is also confusing because of certain critical tasks are not placed next to each other (when you apply for moving permit, you need to pay a deposit. But the next steps are not immediately shown to you and you had to navigate to a new page which is unresponsive. Also, chat function is one way — you can only receive messages from Simply but cannot reply or ask for help. Extremely frustrating and impossible to use!!! Had to call my condo management to resolve the issues when this app is supposed to help simplify basic tasks.
The service request is unable to be completed and submitted as the drop-down list for type of request is unavailable and it is not possible to upload phy. Thus the service request cannot be completed and submitted. Please check and rectify! Thanks!
Unable to select “Type of Request” when filing/adding a New Service Request. So residents are unable to file any requests! Very “good” patch to indeed. Lol
The App is user friendly. The notifications are pushed through in real time. Great App for booking facilities. Iris from Management office is also very friendly and helpful in solving issues for us.
