My account is lost!!
I had a huge Springfield with real money invested in through App Store / GP, and after one year of inactivity it says that my account does not exist! My friends can see my town as a neighbour. I have all invoices through mobile platforms, I have dozens of mails from 2019-2023 that were sent to my email, but they can’t let me in! Of course I don’t have city ID as there is no access to account! That’s such a big loss, so much time spent on building that city
