They post a picture of the item and it looked nothing like that when it got to me. Refused a refund or exchange and said best we could do is 15% off…like I’d do business with them ever again. Website just showed a picture of the purse I wanted and the app had a video of a different purse and the picture of the same purse I wanted. Thought maybe it just showing what they look like and the picture I liked was the actual item. In the description it says leather and hide cuts may vary…I understand how leather and cowhide vary but for one to come with brown cowhide instead of black and one to come with alligator skin and the other a completely different leather…why not just post a picture of that actual product instead of making people think they’re getting one thing and receive something totally different! 🙄

I wouldn’t buy from this shop. They over sold and never shipped my wallet/wristlet and told me the girl that was with them isn’t and can’t do anything about it. Very bad customer service. Guess they can look up what they ship out funny.

You both are awesome. Love the variety of things you have. I am sure I will be a frequent customer. Just any FYI I shop another live show close to my hometown area Olney Texas home. Archer City Commanche Moon. And they are both close to Wichita Falls. Anyway. I think they write their numbers backwards or something because the number looks like 175 and anything that has writing on it you read from left to right. When you are wearing something look at it when you have it on. That’s what we see. Does not bother me. I know but it’s just a suggestion. I don’t know how they do it. If I find out the owner is a good friend. They do live sales every Tuesday night at 730. Check them out. Commanche Moon apparel. They are a little more expensive than you are. They have a flower shop too. That would explain the price difference. Do y’all carry the Bra less. And crazy train shorts I love them. I need tops to go with them. I ordered a few hot pink things to go with the serape ones. I also have the leopard ones. And a pair that has hot pinks mustard and tan. I am a tiny person. So when they get stuff in they let me know. I only weight 95 just 5 foot waist about 27 to 28. Shoes 6 to 7. I am very concerned when I get shoes. Like corky flip flops size 6. Boots 6 1/2 to a 7. Any way. When I was in retail I got to know my customers. But with all the social media you can’t. I live in Charleston SC area. 20 miles from 3 amazing beaches and an idea I can pitch to you. They are organizing a cruise for anyone that wants to go. Of course they are not paying for it. But all their customers they see daily and online can go. I heard on your live show. New Orleans. I am telling y’all as I told them. Charleston SC is amazing. Any way I am rambling. How long does it normally take to get your merchandise. I order on Tuesday from Them I Get it on Saturday.
