The Soul Sanctuary is a space where free-spirited women who feel a little lost, gather to reconnect with themselves and their inner strength through the nurturing essence of Soul Care.
What is Soul Care you ask?
In simple terms, it's self care, but deeper.
It is a practise of nurturing, healing and connecting in all four bodies - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually using the innate power of yoga.
Why do we do it?
Because as you nurture into each body, you naturally start improving yourself. And when we improve ourselves, everything around us starts improving.

A friend who has been before recommended JoJo and Marks WimHof Method to me. I didn’t take too much persuading but I wasn’t expecting such an incredible experience. I felt welcome, included, stimulated, motivated and valued. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day, yoga, breath work, meditation, Sarah’s Cacao and lastly the cold water immersion. What a day. Still tingling. Do it.
Amazing!
I followed Jojo on Instagram for a long time watching her journey. She reached out to me last year and invited me on to her Soul Awakening Course. The best decision I made was investing in myself. She’s amazing at what she does, her warmth and passion for Soul Care and yoga is infectious and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. The sisterhood is so supportive and headed up by an inspirational woman! So grateful to be apart of The Soul Sanctuarty community.
Can’t do without this!
First class! Plenty of yoga content from short to longer and gentle to stronger as well as nidra. What makes this app so different though is access to the Soul Sanctuary programmes - unique to its maker and designed so you can participate wherever you are - at home or travelling. It’s also a community of likeminded people supporting you whenever you need it.
