I could use the app once and now all I get is data network error each time I tried to login so can’t use this app anymore. I’ve even deleted it and re-downloaded it again and it still won’t work.

I generally shy away from leaving negative reviews but I really like the food from The Stand so I’d love to see the app improve.I’ve previously used the app to order food no problem. One time a while ago, I went to use it after not using it for a while and now I cannot use the app. The main issue I’m encountering is that when I go to log in, my phone number + password combo is not accepted. There is no option for an email + password login either that I could see. I’ve verified that my phone number is correct, and upon entering that same password along with the email address on the desktop website, I can log in successfully. I have also verified that within my profile the phone number matches what I use on the app. So it seems that both the phone number and password for the account are correct, and the issue is limited to the mobile app login. I’ve also deleted the app and downloaded it again, and I even see that there was an update to the app a couple of days ago, so I should have the latest version installed. I would love to see this get smoothed out as I enjoy the restaurant and it would be much easier to use the app than go to the site. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Not even worth attempting to use this app to get the free food I was sent a mailer for. Truly a dismal experience.

I love the restaurant. Their food is very delicious and the ingredients are quality. The problem I am having is with the app, every time I try to login I get a server error message. I then have to go on the website to place my order. It’s most frustrating.

Like others have stated, you cannot use the app to make an order. The payments do not go through.

I downloaded the app because of a Facebook ad touting a special using the app… unfortunately the app crashes almost immediately when I try to view the menu.

Every time I open the app it says network error it says unavailable. My daughter was trying to download it and wanted me to give her my referral code. I could not get in the app to send it to her. Or could I get in the app to claim my points. Super frustrating.

Deleting this app it’s awful it would have been quicker to order at the restaurant in person.
