What’s the point?

Someone asked 3 years ago when they were going to actually have the app remember you’re login information and they responded saying they were “working on it”, still hasn’t happened.

Can’t log in without sending code

You’re app needs a lot of work. My company just switched to The Standard. I have tried using the app to check my investments, but it requires sending a confirmation text each time I log in. I’m using the same device each time and I click remember this device, but it doesn’t work. Facial recognition is not available either, so instead of using the app, I go to the website so I don’t have to go through that hassle. I saw a review from a user that was posted 3yrs ago with these same concerns. The response from the developer said “others have mentioned this issue and we are working on fixing this in a future release.” are you kidding me?? I don’t know anything about developing apps, so I can’t say if 3yrs is enough time to fix an issue like this, but it sure seems like way too long to make people wait. I hope this is something that The Standard will take seriously and raise your “standards” to fit the needs of your users! 😡

Frustrating every time I open the app

This app has lots of problems: 1) Does not support password managers such as 1Password. 2) Asks me for a 2FA code very single time I login even if I check the options to not require a code next time. 3) There is no ability to open the app using a PIN or Face ID. 4) The app is slow and clunky to use. I frequently find myself going in circles trying to find what I need. 5) Sometimes I login only to be met with an infinitely spinning loading indicator. This app could be worse, but not by a whole lot. This app needs to be brought up to the standard met by most other apps on my phone.

I never write app reviews, but considering this is my closest link to the largest portion of my wealth, I thought it was worth sharing my thoughts. The login situation is incredibly subpar. No keychain access or Face ID support, even though they have 2FA required (I actually like the 2FA). I just don’t want to have to manually enter what is a complex password to access my account.

App is total garbage - as others have said - no copy/paste password comparability, won’t work with other financial platforms where I used to be able to track all my accounts. So mad my employer switched to Standard, it’s obviously this company is clueless.

Buggy; it never renders my device so I have to send MFA sms every time I login, then I cani always navigate where I want to go.
