college freshmen can design a better app for 10% grade in a semester, you guys take rm18 a month and make baby's first pdf reader. have some dignity. change so you don't need to use the calendar to check past issues, i'll ask for that specifically. the rest, go back to school figure out yourself.
I dont know why it is so difficult for the developer of this app to solve the problem of not resuming reading from the same page when the reader gets out the app and return to continue reading! The rating of the app is very low mostly because of this glitch.
Can log in. Whole app refreshed to main page for switching app for only a few seconds. Just stick to using the ePaper on desktop.
1. Please allow the epaper to stay on my last reading page. When I switch to another app and return to this app for just a second, the ePaper closes, and I have to reopen and scroll until the page of my last read. 2. Please allow word selection for translation.
Everyday I open to download the daily newspaper it just stops there… maybe my stars don’t align but how would I know if I can’t even read the horoscope If lucky it can download! I though it would be temporary but after so many months, nothing has changed!

It’s the worst app I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t give it a single star if it’s not due to I need to tap a star to rate this “stupid” app. I emailed my complaints to customer service and it took them 8 days to respond. That speaks a lot of volume about customer service department. My problem is I can’t even log in to the Star ePaper. I hv tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the problem still persist. Customer Service replied and told me to check with my mobile service provider. I check and they (Maxis) told me that there is nothing wrong on their side which I would certainly believe them cos’ as long as I hv Internet access then I should b able to download my daily issue from the Star ePaper app…..isn’t that right ?? So can someone from technical team look into this “frustrating” app and resolve my problem !!
Never learn Never improve. The developer should have been fired long ago.
The inconvenience of going back to page 1 every time I leave the app and back again. I will have to recall which pages I have read which pages I haven’t. Old app is much better. Please don’t stupidly update to this app that is less user friendly
