The Startup Reviews

weekly subscription

the game itself was fun, interesting and full with potential but asking for weekly or annual subscription to keep playing? what a joke it took me 15 mins to decide to delete the game. why not just make it paid games for once and let people enjoy the game surely it will be a better decision

What even is this simulation?

Way too many ads in between choices just to end up forcing us to pay and top up to gain in game money. The game still dont even started, still in tutorial but im stuck already. Smh. Good game to waste your precious time. I would given 0 star if it exists.

The improvements

User Experience 101 on

Malaysia

First and foremost, I think there’s some education factor in this game. It can help people to understand a bit better about business and their decisions. What I find is utterly lacking is the game’s utility to make it a play to earn and win model. You put ads in every single decision in the game, there’s no return button once you clicked (only to read descriptions) and are forced to go on with the decision. The purpose of ads is to boost advertising dollars channeled into your game, we get it, but the fact that you run so many ads turns people off and gets them to sign off from the game, losing precious acquisitions. All that money spent, ironically, reflects the nature of this game; spend money to win or progress. I believe this game has what it takes to dominate this so-called ‘business developing segment’, but you must do it as how the other developers do it by informing your users of the current situation of the game dev. In the end, I too have found it very frustrating to spend time watching every ad and ending up not playable. If this game was an AB testing, then I think you’ve gained success. Otherwise, it’s 3 stars at best due to the fact it gives me a tinge of The Sims feel. Your revenues stream person should be fired, and put more emphasis on user experience on a whole. It sells, retains and boosts the company overtime. Hope you take this into consideration and do the right thing

Seriously, like 100 ads before the 'tutorial' is finished and in the end you are forced to pay real money in order to progress. No. Thank. You. Installed and uninstalled in less than 2 hours. Good riddance.
