Terrible app by terrible news that crashes on start. Fix yourselves.

This app has never been perfect but it did work until it changed to sun classic about 6 month ago. It can take 20 mins to download, and often, when download almost complete, the app crashes and you have to start a full download again. Everytime there is an update I hope the issues will be fixed, but it just seems to get worse. Very frustrating

I purchased this app for my visiting Grandfather. However, it does not ever download the newspaper. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the reader. Restarted the wifi, tried 3G no matter what it downloads it at such a slow pace it drops out. This is not an issue with my wifi, I speed tested it at 14Mbps. When I went to the support page it was 404. When I tried contact us the same result. I would me quite like my $7.50 back but I bet there is no chance of ever seeing the cash again. It really annoys me when apple let apps like this through. Anyhow, cancelled. Never again.

Wasn't perfect before, but at least worked. The occasional deleting of all old editions was a bit annoying but bearable. Now each page takes over 10s to load. Completely unacceptable.

Had this on my iPad 1 and found it ok It is very slow to load and then takes quite some time to download the paper, but once reading the pages flow smoothly. Just upgraded to an iPad 3. Same issues with load time, but now the pages lad extremely slowly. Each page draws a block at a time - its a bit like being on dial up.

Crashes

Used to just be a bit annoying that you had to start from the beginning every time you went to another app and then came back to the paper. Now it just doesn't work and I've wasted my subscription fee on papers I cannot read. Please fix this and extend any current subscriptions by the number of days it takes to get it working from when iOS 5 came out!
