I’ve followed Abby for a long time on social/YouTube. I love that she incorporates science into her training and dieting. As her plans progressed I admittedly was put off by the transition she made to including Pilates and challenging our bodies through multiple planes. I seriously thought that I wouldn’t receive any benefit from this new style of training. Injuries, stiff body, unsustainable diet plans, all led me back to giving her plans a shot. Her plans are very well thought out. My body and joints feel better, I am getting stronger and seeing results, and I am able to do more with my toddler (the biggest win of all). Training for maintaining mobility, independence, and functional strength is the way to go. Especially as an RN who had seen the spectrum of what 80+ years could look like. I know I want to continue using her app for years to come.
I am impressed with this app/program. I paid for a full year and I love all of the different plans that I have access to. I had gotten bored with my regular weight training. This app is a great mix of different workout styles that don’t feel ridiculous to do. Very fun and challenging!

This workout program has made me love working out again. I love everything about it. The programs and doing workouts alongside someone (through the videos) really pushes me to try new things and move my body in a way that makes me feel powerful. Abby makes me feel so good about myself and like I’m progressing in both inner and outer strength.
This is exactly what I needed to get back into my fitness journey and STAY there. The workouts are so fun! The way Abby sets you up for success with how she explains the exercise before/during the movements with ques on what/where you should be feeling your muscle is truly a gift! I feel like I am connected with my body again through this new found mind muscle connection. Thank you Abby for all the work you put into this app, I love it and I think it is 100% worth it!
Love the app. Abby has been the best fitness trainer I’ve followed. I’m a woman in my thirties and these workouts give me the best results. Her app is fantastic. It’s broken into easy to understand sections with difficulty levels. She updates new workout every week so you’re never bored, and warm ups are included in each video which is fantastic. She’s all about form and preventing injury. Overall consistency with her plan has given me the best results and the app is the best thing she could have done. Highly recommend.
Once you join TEAM PLANS there are not other team apps needed. I found all i ever wanted and needed here. Pilates inspired workouts are the best!
I like team plans because it can be minimal equipment and minimal time without compromising on a great workout.
I LOVE this app. I love that everyday is full body and if you can’t make a day it’s ok. It doesn’t throw everything out of whack. I love that there is mobility and strength AND running! This makes it enjoyable and helps make each week fun as I fill in my own movement around my family’s crazy inconsistent schedule. I really like that Abby does the workouts with us and reminds us to break with a countdown in between exercises not because we’re tired but for maximum benefit! Rest is important and I value educational reminders like this throughout my workouts. I love learning how I’m making a positive difference for me so I can be a positive influence for others. The videos are simple and well done. Abby you’re brilliant!
