The processing time wouldn’t move
Recently i just play back this game and realised that the processing time isn’t moving if i close the game. Weird. I need to open the game all day long in order for them to process production?
Payment issue
I have bought gems on last Sunday 24/12/2019 but until today still didn’t received it. Apple store has issued invoice to me for this purchase... please help
Poor technical support service team
I've been encountering problems with sending resources where the quest requires a certain amount of resources to be sent to certain island. However I've been sending the resources to the island but the amount is never counted in the quest. I checked with the Support Team and they kept asking me to try sending it over and over again like I don't understand the quest. Or that the can't find the quest like i was lying to them or something. Even with screenshots they can't help me out.
