Only retail app I’ve ever seen without a search bar function. I always thought that was a standard feature.

I buy VS products all of the time. But the app and the mobile website are so unstable. I fill my cart and go to check out only to have the app close itself and loose my cart. I can’t buy from you if you won’t let me check out!

The Vitamin Shoppe App is riddled with bugs and frequent crashes. Tech “support” only says to update and/or reinstall…neither of which work. The chat customer service feature is a complete waste of time, but because of the person on the other end who can’t make any decisions or address the problem. Phone call to customer service? Good luck ever getting anyone to answer! And if they do answer, they’ll just tell you they’re “elevating” the problem. I’ve been waiting for weeks on a promised reward credit for a survey I took, which has also been “elevated.” All that aside, VS has a good selection of products, and the sales and reward programs are quite good.

I used to go to GNC for my energy drinks but they’ve gotten horrible, in store and online and GNC just fails to do what Vitamin Shoppe does: being awesome! I favor highly Vitamin shoppe with their in store and website efficiency and how well built both the store and website are!

Can’t search for items, have to browse through entire catalog??

I’ve had this error for a while now and it seems to now be fixed. I have redownloaded the app tons of times. That doesn’t do a thing to fix it. It’s some sort of bug. It happens when I’m logged into my account. I can’t add anything to my cart or buy anything online. It’ll charge my card, but I have to wait a handful of business days for it to comeback. It’s really inconvenient not being able to use my account. I have a high tier membership on my account and would hate to loose my status bc I’m unable to use my account 🥲😔😔☹️😞😕

When they have deals, the app conveniently does not work/crashes on you. Deals are “app exclusive” so it’s not like I can get them on website lol. Such clowns. Says some weird Java error and it happens pretty more for hours on at a time. Save yourself the phone space and DONT DOWNLOAD IT!

I am tired of buying BOGO offers and they always cancel or send me only half, there is not even a substitute option, and in Puerto Rico we do not have free shipping and when I have to buy the other product I have to pay shipping again and I ended up paying a lot and I couldn't even take advantage of the offer.

It’s been like this for a while now. And it’s fully up to date on my end. I can’t even check out at this point because when I try to click on an item to read information on it, it completely kicks me out of the app. This has been a consistent issue for well over a year now. I’m at the point where I don’t want to purchase online with them. Can’t see my account information because of this issue as well.

They have supplements that advertise all sorts of benefits. Weight loss, men’s health, and so on. But the pills that combine ingredients do more harm than good. I took one before a doctors appointment and he was deeply concerned about what it was doing to my heart. If you buy from here, stick to single ingredient supplements, and don’t buy into the marketing of their cocktail pills.
