What’s wrong with it
I was really excited to try out this app because I have been wanting to do some shadow work for myself. The app is free to use so of course I downloaded it but when I opened it, all of the features are blank? I just wanted to come here and hopefully see if it can be fixed.

Absolutely love this app and all the things that come with it like the references, the videos, everything, but can we please have more. Maybe every six or so months Or however long it takes to come up with these you could just put out an update that has more in each category & maybe add some categories. Thanks in advance!

The Y app helped me define what I was feeling, going through and pointed me in the right direction towards the solution… If you’re standing in emotional quicksand, this is a great place to grab on to a life raft and hold on. I have been having relationship issues and the audio gave me such a different perspective on it all. The affirmations were also great at giving me extra strength when I needed it.
Helped me find light in complete darkness
So often I suffer from depression that nothing can help me out of. I have tried lol the things from pharmaceuticals to taro card readings. This app has been a light in my darkness.
