Game shortage’s

Always out of levels it’s crazy.😡

Update to crash

UPDATE: crashing at 41% was corrected for about a month. Today it’s back. Whatever you did to fix it, do it again!! Also, every 2 hours of play time, i have to sign into Facebook! Has that been looked into yet? I have submitted reviews several times, contacted app support, all with none of the bugs/glitches reported being addressed. App support closed my ticket without the problems being fixed. Every other day this app won’t load. Stops at 41%. Only way to play this game every other day, is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Seems a bit user-unfriendly at this point. Have considered not playing it at all, but I’ve invested so much time getting to where I am in the game play. Some kind of replies to our feedback should be priority when it appears a majority of users are reporting the same issue! Are we reporting to Zynga or does this go to a team assigned just to Wizard of Oz match game. When an update is done, instead of saying the same thing over and over, tell us exactly what was fixed! Obviously, it’s not the loading issue!

Not happy

When I open the game I keep getting extra games that I DON’T WANT TO PLAY. I can’t get into the regular game and that’s the game I want. I am playing for years and never had this problem until now. I hate to give up the original game but I am on my way to delete it unless you can stop loading the extra games and let me continue playing the game I love.

Disappointed

I was at the elite master level and suddenly put down to the bronze level. Why? So disappointing since it takes so long to get to this point and it is a real accomplishment and challenge to get higher. Do not want to start at the bottom again. Please fix this!

Crashes

When loading up the game it gets stuck @ 41% and I have to delete and re install

Too many pop ups

While I still play this game it is becoming like every other game. So many pop ups before you can even play. Makes me want to play it less.

OhMyGosh WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS GAME???

7-19-24. Yesterday I was at the Champion level. This morning I am at Silver level. Also this morning I had 5356 points in the trade in group. Now I have zero. What the heck happened to this game. I used to love playing it and now it is just annoying. Coins are double deducted when used and now 10 levels disappear overnight. Ridiculous. You need to fix this now or I am deleting the app from all devices. NOW 7-20-24. Update to my previous review. This morning my Emerald points that were 9353 last night went to 30 this morning. I am now in the BRONZE level when dat before yesterday I was in CHAMPION level. I have played this game almost from the beginning. It has done some stupid things before but never this bad. I am really fed up. 7-25-24. I hate the new updates

I loved this game, played for years, until the last change. They reset to 0 all players achievements, but left the games the same. Very shockingly disappointing!
