The WOD Timer - Workout Timer

Please fix the app so that the timer still runs in the background when you switch apps/lock phone/screen times out.

This is my “go-to” timer. I don’t use anything else. I put it on my mini iPad and a Bluetooth speaker.

This app looks great but if you switch to another app (as I do to look at the next exercise in my HIIT routine), the time pauses.

Super user friendly, I’ve tried many workout timer apps only to be frustrated by how complicated they get. This one is straight forward, set the timer and number of rounds and you’re good to go. Great job guys.

I’ve tried many free timer apps and have had to make so many workarounds for them to serve me. This app is a perfect, no nonsense app that’s tailored to the kind of programming I do. It sticks to the basics without adding ‘features’ that only further bloat the platform. Love the aesthetic, love the app.

Except it persistently asks me to rate it before I’ve had much of a chance to use it. Give me a workout or two first please, then ask. I’m rating it conservatively just so I can get rid of the persistent pop up.

Looks great, counts time, but not if it’s in background. This renders it useless for running workouts if you want to also listen to music. Fix this, and it’s at least 4 stars.
