The Word Finder

I always enjoyed using this app for a very long time. However, recently the ads became more frequent and when I would try to look up a definition of a word, I would get a blank screen with a video player pop-up, which I would have to exit out of and then I could see the word and there were ads there too. So I just paid for the ad free version, and lo and behold ads no longer play in the scramble portion of the app, but when you go to look up the definition , you still get that video screen that’s blank And then there are ads !

Useful app but had too many long advertisements . I went for the paid subscription and now I get two black screens instead of the videos and I have to close those before I get my words ! your app needs some work here!!!!

When I first started using the app I paid not to have ads. Now I get ads when trying to find meaning for words.It happens constantly.Also i’m not getting all the words in results, especially longer words. I’m extremely aggravated about the ads popping up. I can’t find where to contact customer service anywhere !!!

Why am I seeing ads for an app I purchased

I’ve been using it for years. All of a sudden, it doesn’t find words. I get the first letter, and, nothing. I need to search for a new app. BTW.. The black screen is for ads. I don’t mind it.

Very, very seldom does not give all the correct answers.

For some reason when I press on the meaning of word it goes black on my screen. Then I have to press the X to get back. Weird quinkydink!

Ads keep showing up even though I pay for a subscription. Sick of this. Moving on.

In the last couple of days when I hit the definition, the screen goes to the definition page, but then immediately goes black. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app, but it is still happening.

Suddenly my word finder app (on subscription) goes black screen if I touch on a word. Was working fine but yesterday this started! Any solutions?
