Theatro Manager’s App

The app sends via mobile but to those in stores with devices the message cuts off and doesn't send the whole message. 2 min messages cut short randomly.

I have been unable to see who is active at stores since update, app freezes

I can login via the website but not the app?? So can’t even use it

Can’t even use the app it says please wait for forever then it says server connection lost….

So I noticed recently that I will Be recording a message and go to click “send” and it will say that my audio is too short; yet the message I recorded was probably a little over a minute. Not sure but this app and system seems to be going downhill as opposed to improving. Hope some changes happen soon, otherwise I will just go back to using the other communication methods.

ALWAYS connection server fails! And i know it is not my network coz im on 1g speed network

App crashes every time I get a voice message. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. Error message: “server connection lost”

I would love to give no star. Can not connect to server remotely. Always stuck at fail to connect. Useless app

When I open the app all it will say is please wait. Then it will say server connection list and never load

App is great when it works...but it rarely works. Keep having to reinstall. Won’t connect from my home WiFi for more than a day or two after I delete and reinstall the app.
