ON-DEMAND + LIVE WORKOUTS–With a Monthly or Annual Subscription (purchased in-app), you gain access to our On-Demand Workout Library. Live Workouts happen most weeks and can be accessed for free once you create your profile.
VARIETY–Find a variety of workouts to help you with your healthy habit journey, including cycling, walking, running, no-equipment cardio, and strength-based classes. Our workout classes are available on your iPhone or iPad and can be streamed to your computer or cast to your smart TV.
ENCOURAGEMENT–Getting started or being consistent with your healthy habit routine isn't always easy. Thee Little Bird's classes are designed to encourage you not only to want to show up to class but to have fun doing it.
DOABLE + FLEXIBLE–Thee Little Bird's classes are designed for those just starting out or already in a consistent routine. You can do the workouts at home, outside, or in a gym when it fits into your schedule.
COMMUNITY–Have the opportunity to build community with others on their healthy habit journey. During Live Workouts, you can communicate with the coach + other class members.

Access to the On-Demand Workout Library requires an active Monthly or Annual Membership Subscription. There is a 7-day Free Trial to the On-Demand Workout Library before you are charged for your Monthly or Annual Subscription. The subscription will automatically renew at the applicable price and frequency unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the current subscription period. By completing your purchase, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, understand and agree to the Terms of Service, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Setting in iTunes after purchase. No cancellation or refund of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
