I thought I would take advantage of the free trial offer; however, after using it for less than an hour, I quickly realized that it does not meet my needs. When I attempted to unsubscribe, I was shocked to find that I had been automatically subscribed for a year without clear communication regarding the free trial period. I have been searching for a way to cancel the subscription directly through the app, but unfortunately, i found no options available. Additionally, your contact page redirects me to a site that lacks any relevant information or guidance about this specific app, which is incredibly frustrating. The difficulty I am facing in contacting your team adds to my disappointment, as I was hoping to resolve this matter swiftly. I unsubscribed via “Apple unsubscribe” but it shows a whole year subscription and no mention of the free trial period period. All I seek is a simple way to cancel my subscription without embarking on an information treasure hunt during the “Free Trial” period. I have since, within the 2 hours of downloading this app, deleted it completely from my system.

dont say its free trial when its not free. have to pay for it to see. after paying the app SCKSSS. guaranteed waste of money. scammers!

You shouldn’t have to agree to the free trial BEFORE seeing the options. You should be able to search for a theme instead of going through every category in hopes of finding something you want. The install and setup shouldn’t be so confusing. And when I decided I didn’t actually like the charging animation, I couldn’t go back into the app and find a new one. It would only get stuck on the one I installed. Ended up deleting the app and cancelling my free trial. Pretty disappointed. You have a good idea with this app, but SUCH poor execution and such mainstream options. I wanted cyberpunk (the theme, not the anime or game) and I couldn’t find that because you don’t have search or even a category for it. Don’t aim your app at one single audience and stop making it so difficult for people to see their options before choosing the free trial. Most people will get the pop up before even getting a look and will delete the app right there. You’re making your app way too money-grabbing. Give people a chance to see what you have to offer. If they find something they really like, THEN they’ll consider spending the money, if the price isn’t obnoxiously high. Food for though 👍

I made the mistake of purchasing the full year (that’s on me) instead of doing the 3 day free trial. The screens look cool don’t get me wrong, but they just create shortcuts for your apps so you’ll miss any notifications unless you’re still checking your old apps. I moved everything back to normal and I’ll guess I’ll just keep the cool charging feature for the $40 this year lol.

I dislike this model so much. First, there is basically nothing for free to try and second, they pay for positive reviews, you can clearly see it after reading a few. Hope people see this before downloading and wasting their time

The icons duplicate, you have to use it as a shortcut so it’s slow and then opens multiple screens when you try to open anything….. you don’t get notifications on the icons only on the original iPhone icons. Just hard to use. Wish they would fix that because the themes are very nice.
