This is a nightmare
Having been with coop young driver insurance and had a black box installed with them for 3 years I’ve now been given a Theo to replace the black box. Installation has been a total nightmare. No one is able to give you a clear solution as to why Theo won’t sink with your car device. If you phone you’re on hold forever and a day whilst being passed from one person to the next. I’ve had more hassle in the last 4 weeks than I ever did in the last 3 years when it was the black box. I’m really annoyed by it all especially as I feel it is me the insurance payer that is going to be the one penalised and discontented
