Very often it takes a long time for the heating to start. the app will then indicate “waiting” which can take 20 minutes or more. After a while it will say “failed”. Pity. It makes the system unreliable. Precisely with this system it should be reliable. that should be the luxury and comfort of this system. Hope there will be an update soon. Hope Webasto takes it seriously.

Sometimes heather starts in a minute with the app. Sometimes it takes very long or it failed to start the heather. Support mail not answered, it thinks it also fails to deliver?

Tried different timers: departure time and starting time. It takes the app approx. 20mins to get out of ‘waiting’ mode (yellow circle) and start the heater, hence I’m still entering a cold car. Poor quality for such an expensive system, app is pretty much useless like this since I still have to walk to my car to start the heater manually with the button

Update: all is working perfect now. Had received feedback from developer. Get message: needs internet connection .... Obviously I do have internet, how else can i have downloaded the app!!! No support possible on their very poor website. Using the webversion not possible, needs a code from the (not working) app. Very dissapointed in such an expensive product. Ps i use up to date ewuipment (iphone xs and 6s)
