The thermometer itself is amazing - the app itself is fine for temp setting and alerting me, but the estimated remaining time takes hours to show up - a simple and very helpful feature that works perfectly on the inferior (and far more expensive) MEATER Probes.

The wireless connection is Bluetooth. In a smoker the best distance I could connect with my phone is 20 feet and does not appear to stay connected when I go inside my house. Other than that the functionality and data logging is amazing. But for me being able to go back inside was the entire point.

Totally wrong time to reach temp. With 15 degrees to complete it will say 3 minutes. It will take at least an hour to complete that amount of cook time.

Can’t reset the box every time I plug in a prob it says HHH Something this costly should work! And there is no way to return it for a refund!

This app has worked flawlessly for me so far, would love to see it become compatible for the Apple Watch.

I love it when I’m smoking a couple different meats can’t miss hitting the target temp works every time

Both probes in the same area of the roast, 30 degrees temperature difference between the two probes. Not anywhere near the advertised range for your phone either.

Functions as expected. Which there was a tad more range on the bluetooth connect but no complaints!

Lose Signal less than 30 yards away in house with a straight shot through window to smoker.
