Thermostat_

I had this Thermostat for 2 years now. I am away from the house for months and thought this could help me control the temprature in my house when I was away. I would strongly not recomand this unit and the app for anyone who leave their house for longer periodes. Both the app and the unit has constantly updates. Very often the update must take place at both the unit and your phone. Old version on the unit do not work with the new app. The main problem here is that the termostat must be updatet by someone logged on the same LAN as the unit. That is a big problem since I am in Norway and my unit is in Italy. In additation to this the updates constantly have bugs that are critical for a thermostat. In my case the thermostat has turned on my burner by it selv eaven if i set it to be «turned of forever». The last update for the app makes it go in a state where it says «connecting to unit». This stays on forever and it is not possible for me to turn my heater on. I am giving this unit up and changing to another brand.

Dopo anni di utilizzo Adesso mi dice che non si collega a una rete , dati o Wi-Fi assenti ma è tutto collegato

Penso che un’app fatta male così non si trovi facilmente. Difficoltà a configurare il termostato e poi per controllarlo ancora peggio. Funziona a giorni alterni… peccato per un’azienda del genere. Peccato. Spero possa migliorare ma dopo alcuni anni che la uso ne dubito. Non ha è mai stata performante

Perde connessione app fatta male e poco aggiornata sconsiglio.

Impossibile da usare, non intuitiva, instabile perché crasha in continuazione. Deluso da bticino che non é in grado di offrire un app basilare come già fa la tapoo o qualsiasi entry level del genere smart. Se non avessi speso 300€ per 2 termostati li avrei già cambiati

L’app non funziona

Buongiorno non si connetteva più ai cellulari , dopo aver eseguito un reset é tutto ok

L’app ha sempre difficoltà a sincronizzarsi. Si connette perché vedo Stato e temperatura aggiornati ma se provo a collegarmi alla pagina dei programmi compare il messaggio di errore: si è verificato un problema di connessione. Non serve a niente riavviare o reinstallare. Piuttosto deludente

Se quando parti per la casa di montagna e i tuoi Smarther sono off lìne per colpa dell App…….., Immagina che recensione possa scrivere !!!
