Nothing works on new phone
Spent an hour trying to reset my pw. NOTHING works backend of app is GARBAGE. SO frustrated rn. Been a subscriber for over a decade. Just cancelled. Can’t even delete my account bc NOTHING works. Crazy terrible experience unreal
The app is useless
The app doesn’t see. To work on the latest version of iOS.
Calendar broken
Really love this app for the calendar subscription option. Recently tried to resubscribe, but the app crashes upon selecting the Google calendar subscription and the Apple calendar subscription uses a broken link. Disappointing.

Calendar has issues
This used to be one of my favorite apps. I love the calendar and how it kept me up-to-date on current events. However, it’s no longer compatible with Apple’s new operating system and nobody seems to respond about a fix.
Calendar Sync to Phone Doesn’t Work
This app has so many errors. I try to sync it with my calendar on iPhone multiple times and it doesn’t work. None of the support articles help. I’ve had the subscription for probably four years and the calendar worked for maybe a half of one year. I love theSkimm but the app needs a lot of work.
Ideal with one caveat
This app is wonderful for getting the news without unintentional exposure to traumatic images, video or triggering headlines. As a therapist I recommend it with clients struggling with the weight of news and social media. My only complaint is that while I fully support staff taking holidays off, you still are paying the monthly subscription no matter what. But still worth it!
The Skimm Pro-Hamas?
This morning one of the stats presented was 2/3 of Palestinian casualties are women and children. Short stats like these are misleading and signal certain political leaning. What’s the back ground on this stat? Did Palestine have twice more women and children or are majority Palestinian men in Hamas? Did Hamas intentionally build HQ and military bases under population centers and hospitals and even use ambulances to transport Hamas fighters? Where’s the stat on annual funding Hamas receives from US and they have built 500mils of tunnels and how much did they spend on civilian infrastructure? I’m unsubscribing.
